It's time again for another birthday greeting on Tallulahville. This one goes out to the newest member of my posse, Jessica. Like everyone I call friend, this girl impresses the hell out of me, and I'm delighted to have inducted her into my inner circle. She's sweet, smart, funny, vivacious, and very deep, and has an emotional candor that I find quite refreshing. Just remember: her first name ain't Jessie, it's Jess -- Ms. Jessica if you're nasty.
