I've decided that for my next job, I want to be in no way responsible for making other people comply with inefficient bullshit bureaucratic procedures that were clearly created just to keep someone from getting audited and/or sued, or because some chronically-constipated committee decided there's just not enough pointless paperwork in the world already.

Instead, I want to be in charge of making people take naps or eat ice cream or chase rainbows or pet baby bunnies or something to that effect - but only if they like those things. I want to bring people joy....not some form they need to fill out to do something they probably really don't want to do anyway.
